Repeat Prescriptions
Please do not wait to run out of your regular continuing medication, but order a repeat prescription about 1 week before all your medication is finished.
Repeat prescriptions should be ordered online via patient access, if you do not have these logins please contact reception. New online users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using the service.
You can also order prescriptions in person via the box in reception.
Your prescription will be ready for collection at the surgery two working days after your request is received, if your prescription goes to a pharmacy please allow one further working day. If your prescription goes to a nominated Pharmacy you can not collect it at reception.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Ordering Repeat Mediation
Repeat line will be available to order medication from Monday to Friday between 10am - 2pm.
Please call into reception to request your online access codes to order your medication via Patient access as repeat will be removed soon.
