URGENT UPDATE: AS OF MONDAY 16TH MARCH 2020 * TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL SPREAD OF INFECTION, WE ARE ADVISING ALL PATIENTS TO PHONE BEFORE COMING TO THE SURGERY - WHEN YOU RING US, OUR STAFF WILL ASK SOME QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE YOUR CONDITION.  SOME OF THESE QUESTIONS MAY INCLUDE IF YOU HAVE A TEMPERATURE OR COUGH.  THESE QUESTIONS HELP US TO DETERMINE THE BEST ACTION TO TAKE BUT ALSO HELPS PROTECT OUR STAFF AND OTHER VULNERABLE PATIENTS.

IF APPROPRIATE, YOU MAY RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM A GP OR BE GIVEN OTHER RELEVANT ADVICE.

THERE WILL BE NO ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS - TELEPHONE TRIAGE WITH THE DRS WILL BE AVAILABLE MORNING AND AFTERNOON FOR ILL PATIENTS. PATIENTS WHO REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE GIVEN A TIME TO ATTEND AND A NUMBER TO CALL ON ARRIVAL -  CHRONIC DISEASE CLINICS ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
